建立医院危重症诊治技术协作组的实践与思考

Practice and Thoughts on Establishing Collaborative Group of Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Critical Disease

目的探索通过建立技术协作组提高医院危重症诊治技术水平的途径和方法。方法分析当前技术协作组的建立与运行现状,即组织形式,协作原则、内容,运作方式及协作成效,提出相应的应对措施。结果结合实践,阐述了建立危重症诊治技术协作的目的和意义,论述了协作组的建立和运行机制,提出了建立危重症诊治协作组的基本思路和途径。结论要确保协作组的顺利运行,领导重视是关键、选准协作方向是前提、加强科间协作是重点。

Objective To explore the path and method to increase the diagnosis and treatment standard of the hospital for patients with critical disease through establishing technical collaborative group. Methods The establishment and operation status of the current technical collaborative group were analysed in terms of organization form, cooperation principle, content, mode and effect, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Results Based on our hospital ＇s practice, the purpose and significance to establish the technical collaborative of diagnosis and treatment for patients with critical disease were elaborated, the establishment and running mechanism was discussed, and the basic ideas and approaches for the establishment of the collaborative group was presented. Conclusion To ensure the smooth operation of the collaborative group, leaders＇ attention is the key, right collaboration direction is the prerequisite, and strengthening the collaboration between different departments emphasis.
