摘要
目的探讨银行卡作为医院就医卡的实现方法。方法分析银行卡和就医卡功能特点,通过与医院信息系统对接等技术手段使银行卡具备就医卡功能。结果通过流程设计,系统互联,银行账号关联、结算方式的确立及相关软件的开发,银行卡实现就医卡的功能。结论银行卡作为就医卡优化了就诊流程,方便了患者,但必须充分考虑到交易的可追溯性和患者的接受程度。
Objective To research the method to realize the usage of bank card as medical card. Methods By analysing the characteristics of the bank card and medical card, the interface between bank and hospital information system was designed to realize the function of bank card as medical card. Results The Bank card can be used as the medical card through flow design, system and account connection, determining paying method and developing the corresponding software. Conclusion Using bank card as the medical card can optimize the treatment process, which is convenient for the patients. Full consideration of the traceable transaction and patients＇ acceptance is needed.
