自动插管补偿模式的临床应用价值探讨 被引量：1

摘要 自动插管补偿（automatic tube compensation，ATC）作为一种非线性流速一比例压力支持模式，从1997年第一次提出原理以及原始设计至今的10余年间，不仅在一些呼吸机内装备了ATC通气模式，而且也开展了一系列的实验和临床研究，取得了一些研究成果。本文对ATC的临床应用做一些总结和展望。
