It suggests that strategic measures should be taken to develop IIF in china,including setting up effective mechanism of venture capital and efficient technology innovation mechanism,setting up venture capital consultant and management corporation,setting up trust guarantee fund, developing insurance business of venture capital fund,strengthening the incentive mechanism,reinforcing socialized service system,speeding up training of specialized personnel,setting up the market access system of fund manager,setting up manager market,strengthening equity dealing market at all levels,establishing exit system of venture capital ,transforming government functions, perfecting laws and regulations.
