摘要
目的分析急性异位阑尾炎的特殊临床表现,总结出某些特殊规律性,以期提高异位阑尾炎术前的诊断准确性。方法回顾性总结2002-2011年收治的23例异位阑尾炎的诊治资料,结合有关文献进行综合分析。结果术后切口感染4例,2例并发粘连性肠梗阻保守治疗治愈。其余病例按期出院。结论急性异位阑尾炎的疾病演变过程遵循一般急性阑尾炎的常见临床特点,由于解剖位置的异常,又表现出某些特有的症状和体征。
Objective To clarify the special manifestations of acute ectopic appendicitis and find out regular patterns and thereby improve its clinical diagnosis. Methods Clinical date of 23 cases with acute ectopic appendicitis who were operated in our hospital from 2000 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Operation incision infection in 4 cases, 2 Patients with adhesive ileus Conservative treatment, the rest cases to dischavge. Conclusion Acute ecopic appendicitis presents some particular symptoms and signs besides the common figures of appendicitis.
