鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术96例疗效分析

Endoscopic surgery for deviation of nasal septum with three lines tension relaxing correction: a report of 96 cases

目的观察鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术治疗鼻中隔偏曲的疗效。方法回顾性分析96例鼻中隔偏曲患者,均行鼻内镜下三线减张法鼻中隔成形术。结果术后随访3-12个月,79例治愈,17例好转。结论三线减张法矫正鼻中隔,保留了鼻中隔的大部分硬质支架,具有创伤小,严重并发症少等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of endoscopic surgery for deviation of nasal septum with three lines tension relaxing correction. Methods 96 patients with deviation of nasal septum were treated by nasal endoscopic three minus septoplasty. Results Follow up was carried out for 3 to 24months after endoscopic septoplasty. There were 79 cases cured and 17 cases improved. Conclusion With advantages of less invasion and fewer complications, three line tension relaxing correction make it possible to keep the main nasal structure. It is worth popularizing.
