摘要
从实证角度对证券市场的制度背景和基本特点进行深入分析得知，证券市场由于缺少组织和制度保障，因而具有突出的投机性和不稳定性。伴随着金融制度环境的变化以及证券市场规模的扩张，我国证券市场的功能必须再挖掘和重新定位，证券经营机构也必须壮大和崛起。
It is shown by an in-depth empirical study on the institutional background and basic characteristics of the securities market that from lack of organizational and institutional guarantee the securities market is characterized by markable speculation and unstability. With the change of financial institutions and the expansion of the securities market in scale, the functions of China's securities market should be tapped and oriented again, and operation organizations of securities also should grnw and develop.
