摘要
为实现液压机板框机架局部形线的优化设计,本文将结构分析的有限元法、有限元网格的自动生成以及最优化算法有机地结合为一个程序系统,程序以节点坐标为设计变量、以对变量自身的限制为约束条件、以降低高应力区峰值应力为优化目标寻求结构合理的过渡形线。实验结果与计算结果的基本吻合,表明本文所提出的算法是可行的。
In order to relize the optimum design for the plateframe of hydraulic press, the finite element method and meshautomatic generation techique are combined with optimizationalgorithm and compiled a program system. In this system, thenodal coordinaters are taken as variables, the limits of thevariables as constrain conditions and the hight stress as objectfunction for seeking the optimum local structural shape. Theresults of text accord nearly with that of computation andshow that tre method taken by this paper is practical.
