近年来 ,随着我国对外贸易出口的迅速增长 ,外国对我国商品出口的反倾销诉讼日益增多 ,直接阻碍了我国开放经济的发展。本文在指出外国对华反倾销主要特征的基础上 ,分析了近几年外国对华反倾销的原因 。

Along with the rapid increase of the export trade of our country these years, anti-dumping lawsuits about our export commodities are growing too. They directly hinder the development of the open economy of our country. This essay shows the features of the anti-dumping to our export commodities in foreign countries and analyzes its causes. At the same time it puts forward some countermeasures as well.
