胎儿生长受限胎盘因素的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 胎儿生长受限（fetalgrowthrestriction，FGR）系指胎儿体重低于其孕龄平均体重第10百分位数或低于其孕龄平均体重的2个标准差，是围产儿发病和死亡的主要原因之一。FGR围产儿死亡率为正常胎儿的4—6倍，约占我国围产儿死亡总数的40％。胎盘介于胎儿与母体之间，是维持胎儿在宫内营养、发育的重要器官。FGR的发病机制国内外已有较多研究，但目前仍不明确，
