水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料的制备技术研究

Study on Preparation Technology of Cementitious Capillary Crystalline Waterproofing Coating

以水泥、石英砂等为主要基材,并掺入多种活性化学物质制备水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料,探讨了水泥的品种及加量、石英砂的级配及活性物等对水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料性能的影响。测试结果表明,涂料的各项性能指标均已达到或超过了国家标准,且不低于国外同类产品的性能指标。

The cement and quartz sand are the main materials which are m^xed w：th a vanety ot active ctiemlcals to prepare the cementitious capillary crystalline waterproof coating. The influences of the varieties and the dosage of cement, quartz sand gradation and active chemicals on the performance of cementitious capillary crystalline waterproofing coating are discussed. The test results show that all performance indexes have reached or exceeded GB 18445--2001 national standard, which is also not lower than foreign products performances with the same kind.
