32个大黄鱼家系早期阶段生长性状比较及遗传参数估计 被引量:23

摘要 利用不平衡巢式设计方法构建了32个大黄鱼家系(包括15个父系半同胞家系和2个母系半同胞家系),培育至1月龄和6月龄时,分别从每个家系中随机抽取30尾,测量全长和体重,比较不同家系的生长性能,并进行遗传参数估计.结果表明:1)1月龄以家系f505生长最快,6月龄以家系f215生长最快,筛选出快速生长家系3个(家系f215、801和812)、生长较快家系11个(家系f201、f424、f202、f309、810、f402、807、f311、f406、f418和1314);2)1月龄大黄鱼的全长和体重的遗传力分别为(0.67±0.18)、(0.79±0.10),6月龄全长和体重的遗传力分别为(0.31±0.31)和(0.40±0.32);3)1月龄和6月龄大黄鱼体重和全长2个生长性状之间表型和遗传均高度相关,相关的范围分别为0.83 ~0.90和0.97~0.98.本研究结果表明,大黄鱼生长性状具有较大的遗传改良空间和选育潜力. Using unbalanced nested design methods and artificial insemination technology to build 32 large yellow croaker (Larimic and 2 maternal half-sib famili hthys crocea) families as based materials (including 15 paternal half-sib families es) in the Genetics and Breeding Research Base of large yellow croaker of JMU in the fall of 2011. Thirty individuals ofL. crocea were sampled randomly from each family at one-month-old and six-month-old and the full length and body mass of L. crocea were measured. Variance analysis and corn- parison of growth performance was performed among the pedigrees at their different growth stages. The genetic parameters of two growth-related traits for L. crocea were estimated with two traits animal model by ASReml 4. 0 software. Results showed: f505 and 1215 were respectively the fastest-growing families at one-month-old and at six-month-old. The three fastest growth families (t215, 1301 and t312) and the eleven faster growth families (1201, f424, 1202, t309, 1310, f402, 1307, 1311, f406, f418 and 1314) were obtained at six-month-old. Heritability estimated for the full length and body mass of L. crocea were (0. 67 + 0. 18) and (0. 79 ± 0. 10) at one-month-old, and (0. 31 ±0. 31 ) and (0. 40 ± 0. 32) at six-month-old, respectively. The phenotypic and genetic correlations between the respectively in the range of O. 83 to 0. 90 and 0. 97 should respond well to selection in L. crocea.
