摘要
本试验对番茄渣单贮和混贮品质进行评定。试验主要对番茄渣(Ⅰ组)、番茄渣与梨渣(50??50)(Ⅱ组)、番茄渣与玉米秸秆(60??40)(Ⅲ组)、番茄渣与小麦秸秆(90??10)(Ⅳ组)进行为期45~90 d的青贮,并分别于青贮后45、60、90 d开窖对番茄渣单贮和混贮进行感官特性和发酵指标进行评定。番茄渣单贮和混贮在贮后45 d以后即可开窖饲喂,且以试验Ⅱ组(番茄渣与梨渣,50??50)的青贮质量最为优等,其次为Ⅰ组(番茄渣单贮)〉Ⅲ组(番茄渣与玉米秸秆,60??40)〉Ⅳ组(番茄渣与小麦秸秆,90??10),青贮质量为良好。番茄渣可以通过单贮或混贮的方式达到长期保存的目的。
The quality of tomato pomace signal or mixed silage was evaluated. Tomato pomace (groupⅠ), Tomato pomace and pear pomace(50??50) (groupⅡ), Tomato pomace and corn straw (60??40) (group Ⅲ), Tomato pomace and wheat straw(90??10) (group Ⅳ) were storaged for 45~90 d, the sensory characteristics and fermentation parameters of tomato pomace signal or mixed silage were evaluated in 45, 60, 90 d, respectively. Tomato pomace signal or mixed silage could be fed after storaged 45 d, and the quality of groupⅡwas the most excellent, followed by groupⅠ〉 groupⅢ〉 groupⅣ. The way of singal or mixed silage could long-term preservation tomato pomace.
