摘要
新课程改革本着"一切为了每一个学生的发展"的核心理念,从课程功能、课程结构、课程内容、课程实施、课程评价、课程管理等方面进行全方位的改革,这要求教师必须实现从传统角色观向现代角色观的转变。而在具体的新课程实施中,由于教师自身素质与新课程要求的不适应,影响了新课程的实施及其培养目标的实现。因此,教师必须具有与新课程要求相适应的专业素养,主要体现为丰富而全面的专业知识、与时俱进的专业能力、以创新为主的专业精神以及堪称楷模的专业人格等方面。
Basing on the core concept that everything is for the development of every student,the comprehensive reform of new curriculum is carried out in curriculum function,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation and curriculum management,and so on,which requires teachers to realize the change from traditional role to modern role.While in the specific process of implementation of new curriculum,implementation and realization of goals of new curriculum are influenced because teachers’ quality do not adapt to the requirements of new curriculum.Therefore,teachers must own professional quality that adapt to the requirements of new curriculum,which are mainly embodied in professional knowledge and technical ability and professional service of teachers,including professional knowledge,professional ability,professional spirit and professional personality,and so on.
