哲学视野下的城市文化建设——兼谈大同城市文化建设

City Culture Construction under the Perspective of Philosophy——Datong City Culture Construction

经济全球化推动我国城市化迅速发展,同时也产生了城市建设中的趋同、文化缺失的"城市病"现象,严重制约着城市文化建设的发展。其中,保护历史文化与城市发展之间的矛盾在历史文化名城城市文化建设中显得尤为突出。文章立足哲学视角对城市文化建设的构成要素进行梳理归纳,对历史文化名城大同进行主客体维度的探析。一方面是强调城市文化建设主体的主体意识和责任意识,主要涉及城市政府、市民和文化组织;另一方面发挥城市文化建设客体的复合功能,主要包括对物质客体、制度客体和精神客体的建设。

While the economic globalization greatly promotes the rapid development of urbanization in our country,it also causes the problems such as the city construction convergence and ＂urban diseases＂ phenomenon,which seriously influence the development of city culture construction.Among them,the contradiction between protection of historical culture and city development is particularly prominent in the construction of historical and cultural city.This paper attempts to investigate the elements of city cultural construction and its theoretical basis based on the perspective of philosophy,and makes analysis of the historical and cultural city——Datong with subject-object dual dimension in order to deepen the thoughts and practice on city culture construction theory.On the one hand,this part emphasizes the main body’s subject and responsibility consciousness in urban cultural construction,involving the government,citizens and cultural organization.On the other hand,the sufficient exertion of the object’s multifunction in urban cultural construction plays an important role,involving the materiel,system and spirit.
