Character Analyses of Animated Movies Adapted from Children’s Online Games——Taking “Legend Of The Moles” and “Pokémon” for examples

随着儿童网络游戏的兴起,改编动画电影的风潮渐盛,逐步成为国产动画电影的新趋势。文章通过对《摩尔庄园之冰世纪》和《神奇宝贝之超梦的逆袭》两部动画电影的比较,从人物层面探讨电影文本所呈现的特点,对人物类型与功能进行概括,分析人物的外在造型、内在转变、语言与画面,总结网络游戏改编的特殊性对电影人物设置可能造成的影响,从不同媒介的横向比较中发现游戏改编电影的优势和劣势,所存在的问题及努力的方向。

After the popularization of children’s online games,adapted animated movies gradually become the new trend of domestic animated movie industry.Through horizontal comparison of two animated movies,＂Legend Of The Moles-The Frozen Horror＂ and ＂Pokémon The First Movie：Mewtwo Strikes Back＂,from the character level,this article explores movie textual characteristics,character types and functions,appearance design,inner transformation,language and screen.This article is seeking to address the potential influence on the movie characters’ designs due to the specialty of online game adaptation,as well as the strengths and weaknesses,problems,and future directions of this kind of adapted animated movies.
