摘要
混凝土靶板侵彻过程中,弹丸通常会受到骨料及砂浆带来的非对称力作用,导致弹丸质量非对称磨蚀,造成弹丸偏转,影响精确打击目标的效果。从细观组成出发,将混凝土看作是由骨料、砂浆和二者之间的界面过渡区构成的三相复合材料。介绍了3种不同类型随机骨料模型的程序语言实现方法及各自的建模特点,结合连续介质模型,采用动力学分析软件LS-DYNA对S.J.Hanchak的部分混凝土靶板侵彻试验进行了数值模拟,考察了细观组成对弹丸剩余弹速及偏转角的影响,为细观力学层次上混凝土靶板侵彻问题数值模拟方面的研究提供一定参考。
During the penetration of concrete target, projectile is usually bearing asymmetric force coming from aggregate and mortar, which causes the projectile mass asymmetric abrasion, projectile deflection, affecting precise target. From the microscopic components of concrete, which is viewed as a three-phase composite composed of aggregate, mortar and interracial transition zone between them, this paper introduces three different types of random aggregate model programming language imple- mentation methods and their modeling characteristics, combined with the continuous medium model. The dynamic analysis software LS-DYNA was used to simulate part of the S. J. Hanchak concrete target penetration test. We also studied the influence of projectile residual velocity and projectile deflection that come from microscopic composition, which can provide some reference for numerical simulation of penetration mechanics level concrete target.
