文化有先进与落后之分,必须通过生产力、社会进步、人的发展等标准加以评判。同时,处于一定社会阶段的文化是特定阶级或阶层根本利益的观念反映,具有一定的阶级属性。中国特色社会主义文化既推动着我国社会主义初级阶段经济社会的全面进步,是当代中国的先进文化,又是从群众来、到群众中去、推动人的全面发展的人民大众的文化,是先进性与人民性的统一。
