摘要
随着一大批新老团干部走上中央和地方的领导岗位,共青团出干部的话题迅速发酵。在对共青团为党和国家发现、培养、锻炼、输送了大批高素质干部而感到欣喜、赞许、期待声中,不少人表示了对共青团干部成长过快、素质不齐的担忧。当前,某些团干部身上确实存在一些作风问题,根本原因在于马克思主义群众观、政绩观、权力观的缺失。要切实抓好共青团干部的作风建设应当在提高意识、以情感人、求真务实、正确用权四个方面下功夫。
With the large number of new and old League cadres have taken the central and local leadership positions, the topic of leading cadres out of the Communist Youth League quickly ferment. On the one hand, people feel pleased, praise, and look forward to the fact that Communist Youth League found,trained,exercised,and supplied a large number of high-quality cadres for the Party and our country on the other hand, many people worry about the excessive growth of the Communist Youth League cadres and their uneven quality. Currently,it is true that some cadres have some work style issues,simply due to lack of the Marxist view of the masses, performance concept, and concept of power. Improvement of CYL Cadres work style should lay emphasis on such four aspects as raising awareness, being emotional, being pragmatic, and use right correctly.
