摘要
目的:研究公平理论在大学生管理中的应用问题。方法:通过查阅文献和学生问卷调查的方式进行。结果:学生不公平感的产生与教师、学生管理人员不公平的评价、处置,规章制度执行不严和人为因素的干扰等有关。结论:学生管理应以公平理论为指导,遵循公开、公平、公正的原则,及时有效地纠正不公平现象,才能提高学生学习、工作的积极性和主动性,进而提高学生的综合素质和能力。
Objective: To study the application of equity theory in the management of college student. Methods: Literature review and student questionnaire survey were applied. Results: Sense of injustice came from administrator's unfair evaluation or treatment. It also came from unfair implement of rules or from the interference of human factors. Conclusion: Student management should adhere to the equity theory of openness and impartialness, and correct unfair deeds so as to improve the work and student's comprehensive quality and ability.
