摘要
通过在基质沥青中分别掺入Sasobit和EWMA-1温拌剂,对比研究了两种温拌剂对沥青胶结料的部分高温性能、低温性能的影响。利用不同Sasobit和EWMA-1掺量的沥青在不同温度下的针入度、延度和软化点性能指标的测试结果,计算了Sasobit沥青和EWMA-1沥青的感温性能指标:针入度指数和针入度软化点指数。并进一步分析了针入度指数与针入度软化点指数之间的关系。结果表明:两种温拌剂均可以改善原有沥青胶结料的高温抗变形能力,且各个感温性能指标之间相关性较好。
Through the matrix asphalt are doped with Sasobit and EWMA-1 warm mix asphalt additive, study the effect of the warm mix agent on two parts between the high temperature performance and low temperature properties of asphalt binder. By different Sasobit and EWMA-1 dosage of asphalt' s penetration, ductility, and softening point performance test results at different temperatures, the temperature performance index of Sasobit asphalt and EWMA-1 asphalt were calculated: penetration index and penetration-softening pointl index. And further analysis of the relationship between the penetration index and penetration-softening point index. The study showed that: two kinds of warm mix asphalt additive can improve the original asphalt binders' high tem- perature deformation resistance, and each performance index of correlation among the sense of temperature.
