摘要
农村幼儿园教师队伍的素质是制约农村学前教育发展的关键。经调查,农村幼儿教师队伍存在总量不足、从业人员素质偏低、在编人员少、职称年龄和性别结构不合理等问题,并针对问题产生的原因提出了一系列解决问题的对策。
The quality of preschool education depends on the quality of the preschool teachers, while the quality of teachers in rural kindergartens is the key to restrict the development of rural preschool education. The article summarizes the survey results of rural preschool teachers in Guangxi counties, and points out some problems as follows:the amount of preschool teachers in rural areas is insufficient,most of them are not permanent staffs in kindergartens;their tides,ages and sex structures are unreasonable;the occupation is less attractive for low payment and welfare,lack of chances of receiving further education and difficulty in development;the capacity of the leadership and its allocation in rural kindergartens is insufficient. Then puts forward some countermeasures of solving a series of problems aiming at the reasons.
