摘要 本文对幼儿园教师不同专业发展阶段教师的培训需求进行调研,在分析幼儿园教师各发展阶段的特点和实际应该具备的能力的基础上,研究并开发针对不同阶段教师分层培训课程,建构幼儿园教师培训课程体系,促使不同层次教师通过培训获得专业能力的提升。 On the basis of training needs research of different stages of kindergarten teachers' professional development,characteristics and actual abilities which kindergarten teachers in all stages of development should have, the author researches and develops stratified training courses for teachers at different stages. Furthermore,the author constructs the training system of kindergarten teachers, so as to urge different-level teachers to enhance their professional abilities through training.
