关于五年制高职工学结合人才培养模式的思考

Consideration for Personnel Training Mode of Five-year Higher Vocational Students' Work Integrated Learning

本文试图从创建良好的工学结合氛围、建立健全相关制度规范、完善教育教学体系、加强双师型教师队伍的建设、改革实践教学管理评价体系等方面推进五年制高职工学结合人才培养模式实践。

In order to promote the five-year vocational work integrated learning practice, some measures ought to be taken, such as to create a good atmosphere of work integrated learning,to establish and improve relevant regulars,to perfect the education and teaching system,to strengthen the construction of ＂double qualified teacher＂ in teacher troop, and to reform the practical teaching management evaluation system.
