摘要
为促进菊芋资源的综合应用,综述了菊芋的饲用价值、菊芋及其提取物在畜牧业生产中的应用、菊芋活性成分的提取方法、菊芋在畜牧业生产中应用时存在的问题及发展前景。
For the development and application of Jerusalem artichoke resource, this paper re- viewed the feeding value of Jerusalem artichoke,application of Jerusalem artichoke and its extract in animal husbandry. The active ingredient extraction method, existing problems and development prospects were also discussed.
