摘要
为筛选适宜于水库消落带植被恢复的耐淹乡土植物,分别选取浙江省长潭水库自然消落带与非消落带生长的野生狗牙根,置于水库支流进行不同时间淹水处理,观察淹水胁迫条件下不同生境狗牙根叶片可溶性糖含量以及根系保护酶活性的变化情况,结果表明:涝渍逆境下消落带和非消落带生境下的狗牙根叶片可溶性糖含量均呈先下降后上升的趋势,但消落带狗牙根叶片可溶性糖含量始终高于非消落带狗牙根。在淹水前期,狗牙根根系谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和乙醇酸脱氢酶(ADH)活性都有所上升,淹水后期这2种酶活性都有所下降,但消落带生境下狗牙根根系这2种酶活性始终高于非消落带生境下的狗牙根。说明消落带生境下的狗牙根由于长期生长于淹水胁迫环境,对涝渍的适应性强于非消落带生境下的狗牙根,宜用于浙江省水库消落带的生态恢复和重建。
The submergence experiment with submerged time of 15 and 30 days was conducted to investigate soluble sugar contents and protective enzyme activities of bermudagrass[Cynodon dac- tylon(L. )Pers] originally growing in water-level-fluctuation zone and non-water-level-fluctuation zone in branch stream of Changtan reservoir area,Zhejiang province. The results showed that the increase in leaf soluble sugar contents of bermudagrass of two treatments was observed at the ear- ly stage o{ submergence while tb, ose were obviously decreased at the late stage of submergence. But the leaf soluble sugar content of bermudagrass originally growing in water-level-fluctuation Zone was higher than that growing in non-water-level-fluctuation zone during submergence. At the early stage of submergence, the glutathione reductase (GR) and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) ac- tivities in the roots of bermudagrass of two treatments obviously increased while those obviously decreased at the late stage of submergence. But the two enzymes activities of bermudagrass origi- nally growing in water-level-fluctuation zone were higher than that growing in non-water-level- fluctuation zone during submergence. It indicated that bermudagrass originally growing in water- level-fluctuation zone had stronger adaptation than that growing in non-water-level-fluctuation zone.
