重楼皂苷对兔眼角膜B16恶性黑色素瘤细胞的抗肿瘤活性 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究重楼总皂苷对兔眼角膜B16鼠恶性黑色素瘤细胞的抗肿瘤活性。方法对18只大白兔兔眼角膜层间注射B16细胞建立肿瘤动物模型,分成3组,于第7、14、21、28天分别应用生理盐水、顺铂或重楼皂苷于角膜层间注射,每周1次,观察比较对B16细胞生长的抑制情况。结果重楼皂苷和顺铂均能抑制兔眼角膜层间B16黑色素瘤细胞的生长,与空白对照组比较,差异有显著性(F=39.12,P=0.000);重楼皂苷组与顺铂组间比较,无显著性差异(P=0.966)。结论重楼皂苷对B16细胞兔眼角膜动物模型上显示较好的抗肿瘤活性。 Objective To research antitumor activity of Rhizoma Paridis saponins against B16 melanoma cells in the rabbits corneal stroma. Methods Eyes of 18 white rabbit were injected BI6 cells in the cornea stroma to establish tumor animal models, then they were divided into 3 groups with saline, cisplatin or Rhizoma Paridis saponins injected respectively in the cornea stroma once every week and compared the growth inhibition of B16 cells. Results Rhizoma Paridis saponins and cisplatin can in- hibit the growth of B16 melanoma cells in the rabbits corneal stroma ( F = 39.12, P = 0.000) ; There was no significant difference between Rhizoma Paridis saponins and cisplatin (P =0. 966). Conclusion Rhizoma Paridis saponins shows anti-tumor activity against B16 cells in the rabbits corneal stroma tumor animal models.
