CyclinD1、p27及PTEN蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达

Analysis of CyclinD1,p27 and PTEN Proteins Expression in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)组织中CyclinD1、p27及PTEN蛋白表达情况及其相关性。方法将口腔鳞状细胞癌患者50例作为观察组;另选正常口腔黏膜患者50例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测两组CyclinD1、p27及PTEN蛋白表达情况。结果口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中CyclinD1、p27及PTEN蛋白表达阳性率分别为80.00%、82.00%、60.00%,正常口腔黏膜组织中其表达阳性率分别为0、10.00%、100.00%,观察组CyclinD1、p27蛋白表达阳性率较对照组高,而PTEN蛋白阳性表达率则较对照组低;CyclinD1、p27及PTEN蛋白表达与口腔鳞癌的组织分化程度有关,组织分化程度越差,p27及PTEN蛋白表达水平越低,而CyclinD1表达水平越高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论 CyclinD1、p27及PTEN蛋白表达与OSCC分化程度显著相关,分化程度差者p27及PTEN蛋白表达水平越低,而CyclinD1蛋白表达水平越高。

Objective To investigate the expression of CyclinD1 ,p27 and PTEN protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma （OSCC） tissues and its correlation. Methods 50 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma was the observation group;50 pa- tients with normal oral mucosa was the control group. Protein expressions of CyclinDl ,p27 and PTEN were detected by immuno- histochemical SP method. Results Positive rates of CyclinDl, p27 and WEN protein expression were 80.00% , 82.00%, 60.00% in the oral squamous cell carcinoma,positive rates of CyclinD1 ,p27 and PTEN protein expression in the normal oral mu- cosa were 0,10.00% and 100.00%. Positive rates of CyclinD1 ,p27 protein expression of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while PTEN protein expression rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;CyclinD1 ,p27 and PTEN protein expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissue was related to the degree of differentia- tion, the poorer the differentiation, the lower the levels of p27 and PTEN protein expression, and the higher the level of CyclinD1 expression,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion CyclinD1, p27 and PTEN protein expression are closely related to OSCC differentiation. The poorer the differentiation, the lower the levels of p27 and PTEN protein expression, the higher the level of CyelinD1 protein expres- sion.
