摘要
介绍了750kV·A大容量通用电力电子功率模块,论述了绝缘栅型双极晶体管(IGBT)器件功率损耗计算方法。设计了一种新型水冷散热器并通过Qfin热分析软件对该散热器进行了仿真优化,选定了水冷散热器的最佳进口流量并通过试验平台进行了实际验证。试验结果表明,该散热器散热性能达到了设计要求。
The 750kV·A large capacity power electronic module was introduced. The calculation method of power dissipation of the insulated gate bipolar transistor( IGBT) was expounded.A new type water cooling heat sink was designed,and the simulation optimization of the heat sink was carried out by thermal analyzing software system Qfin. The optimal inlet water flow of the water cooling heat sink was selected and verified practically by test platform. The test result shows that the performance of the heat sink can meet the design requirements.
