摘要
介绍了J-TECH流光放电氨法脱硫技术的特点,论述了J-TECH流光放电氨法烟气脱硫的机制、原理和工艺流程。应用结果表明,该技术实际运行脱硫效率大于98%,亚盐氧化率在98%以上,出口氨质量浓度低于8 mg/m3,出口烟气无铵盐夹带。该技术在电力行业的应用,彻底解决了常规氨法烟气脱硫技术出现的出口带水、硫铵夹带和气溶胶超标排放的问题。
The characteristics of J-TECH streamer corona ammonia desulphurization technology were introduced. The mechanism,principle and process flow of J-TECH streamer corona ammonia desulphurization technology were expounded. The practical application result shows that the desulphurization efficiency of this technology is greater than 98%,the ammonium sulfite oxidation ratio is greater than 98%,the ammonia mass concentration in outlet is lower than 8 mg / m3,and there is not entrapped ammonium salt in the output flue gas. The problems of the conventional ammonia desulphurization,which include the entrapped water and ammonium sulfate and aerosol emission exceeding standard,were solved thoroughly by application of this technology in power industry.
