节能型轧辊退火炉的研制与应用

摘要 为了节能减排和提质降耗,采用耐火陶瓷纤维折叠块保温材料、耐火纤维喷涂技术和可控硅控温对轧辊退火炉进行节能技术改造,研制出节能型轧辊退火炉。经实际应用,该退火炉提高了自动操作水平,取得了非常显著的节能效果和良好的经济效益。 In order to save energy & reduce emission and improve quality & lower consumption, technical modification of energy saving was carried out on roller annealing furnace, including heat insulation material of refractory ceramic fiber folding block, refractory fiber gunning technology and thyristor temperature control, and energy saving type roller annealing furnace was developed. Practice furnace, lifting automatic operation level, obtained prominent energy saving application showed the annealing effect and good economic benefit.
