介绍了物联网的基本概念及关键技术。对于物联网在钢铁生产物流跟踪中的应用进行了论述,针对金属制品焊丝生产存在的炉号、轴号无法跟踪的问题,提出采用RFID实现轴号动态编码与物流跟踪方案,实现了焊丝生产过程物流跟踪与质量追溯。

The basic concept and critical technology of Internet of Things is introduced. The authors explain its application to iron and steel production logistics tracking, and aiming at the problem that heat number and shaft number in the production of welding wire of mental finish product cannot be tracked, propose a plan of adopting RFID to achieve dynamic shaft coding and logistics tracking to realize the logistics tracking and quality tracing in the production process of welding wire.
