摘要
对管坯锯切现场出现的夹锯、打齿问题进行了研究分析。介绍了管坯锯切的各类工况条件及出现的事故现象,分析出导致锯片夹锯及打齿的主要原因为管坯存在不同程度的弯曲、管坯锯切位置的高度偏低。通过增加片体与管坯的间隙、增加锯切点高度、增加管坯压紧、调整片体技术指标等措施,成功解决了该问题,同时提高了锯片锯切寿命及锯切效率。
The problems of blade blocking and teeth damage on the site of pipe billet sawing are studied and analyzed. The authors introduce various working conditions and accident phenomena of billet sawing, and analyze and figure out the main reasons as billet bending of different degree and low height of billet sawing position. Measures were taken such as widening the gap between blade and billet, increasing sawing point height, tightening billet clamping and regulating blade technical indices, which successfully solved the problems, prolonged blade life and improved sawing efficiency.
