本文对容器封头普旋过程的应力、应变进行了实验研究。运用塑性材料力学法得出了在旋压过程中的圆板毛坯变形和主应力分布规律。并对表面产生微裂缺陷等问题进行了分析,为合理的确定工艺参数,提供了有益的依据。

This paper makes a study of the strain and stress of vasselhead in spinning process by experiment. The deformation of rond plateblank and the regularity of the distribution of the main stress has beenfound during spinning process by means of the method of plasticmechanical. Such thing as the tiny crackle in the surface of the roundplate blank has been analysed, which can provide the basis fordetermining the technological date.
