摘要
介绍了西铭矿选煤厂对FTPS-2000A型商品煤制样机组的胶带输送系统、破碎部分、筛分部分等关键部位的技术改造,通过切断回煤路径、降低回煤概率和加强回煤清扫等措施,提高了制样的准确度及保证了精煤产品的质量。
This paper introduced technical reconstruction of some key parts of FTPS-2000A commercial coal united sampling machines set in Ximing mine coal preparation plant such as the belt conveyor system, crushing part and sieving part. Through cutting coal returning path, reducing coal returning probability and enhancing coal returning clean, the accuracy of sampling could be improved and the quality of clean coal product could be ensured.
