Relationship of coal quality and thermal efficiency of industrial furnace in Yantai

通过对烟台市区工业锅炉实际运行的节能监测,分析了锅炉煤种与热效率之间的关系,探讨了炉渣含碳量与热效率的关系,并根据测试结果对锅炉进行相应的燃烧调整。

Through energy saving monitoring on industrial furnace operated practically, this paper analyzed the relationship between coal type and thermal efficiency, discussed the relationship between carbon content of slag and thermal efficiency, moreover, the combustion of furnace was also adjusted according to the testing results.
