Six guarantees for realization of China dream

改革开放的巨大成就使中华民族的复兴梦想兴起,六大保障共同推动中国梦的顺利进行:以坚持经济建设为中心与坚持科学发展加强物质保障,以明确历史重任与提高执政能力强化领导保障,以维护意识形态安全与加强国防建设优化安全保障,以坚持制度自信与制度创新健全制度保障,以发展绿色经济与崇尚绿色生活完善生态保障,以凝聚中国力量与打造人才高地增强动力保障。

Along with the great achievements in carrying out the reform and opening - up policy, the rejuvenation of the Chinese na- tion is approaching. It is crucial to realize China dream through integrating six closely related safeguard systems, i.e. （ 1 ） improving the material guarantee focusing on the central task of economic construction and adhering to the scientific development; 12 ） strength- ening the leadership through enhancing the administrative ability with clear historical missions ; （ 3 ） ensuring the safety guarantee by maintaining the ideology security and strengthening national defense construction; ~41 reinforcing the system guarantee through sys- tem innovations with the confidence in our system; （ 5 ） promoting the ecological security construction in the development of green e- conomy and green living; [ 6 ） increasing the motive force and human resources guarantee in China by constructing talent highlands and uniting the strength of Chinese people.
