泰宁县生态旅游资源模糊评价与开发

Fuzzy evaluation and development of eco-tourism resources in Taining County

充分调查了泰宁县生态旅游的基础资源条件。采用SWOT分析法分析了泰宁进一步发展生态旅游的战略选择。运用层次分析法构建了一套生态旅游资源模糊综合评价指标体系,选取了该研究区12处典型的生态旅游资源进行综合评价分析,得出一级生态旅游区4处,二级生态旅游区6处,三级生态旅游区2处。依据评价结果规划泰宁县生态旅游发展的"一心两翼"总体发展布局,并提出了近期、中期、远期"三步走"发展策略和保障性措施。

According to the survey of fundamental resources of eco-tourism in Taining County, SWOT analysm method is applied to deal with the strategy for further developing ecotourism in Taining, and the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） is used to set up the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation indices system of eco-tourism resources to evaluate 12 typical spots. There are 4 first grade eco- tourism spots, 6 second grade ones and 2 third grade ones. The layout of overall eco-toufism development with one centre and two sides in Taining County is planned, and the strategy including short term, mid-term and long term goals and the measures for guar- antee are proposed.
