电大成人专科教育人才培养模式改革的实践与思考——以石河子广播电视大学为例

Practice and Reflections on the Training Model Reform of Adult Junior College Education of Radio and TV University:A Case Study of Shihezi Radio and TV University

石河子广播电视大学不断完善和创新"校企联姻"的"订单教育"办学模式,更新教学理念,改革传统的教学方法,把专业设置、教学计划的制定、课程调整以及教学质量的评价等方面作为成人专科教育人才培养模式改革的重要内容,取得了较好成绩。

Shihezi TV University, as a branch of Xinjiang TV University, provides the most specialties and is the education＂ largest branch for adult junior college model and ＂order-form education＂ education. It creates ＂university-enterprise combined model and keep on improving them. In the process of teaching, the university renews its teaching idea, reforms its traditional teaching method, makes its specialties and programs as well as adjusts its curriculum and teaching quality evaluation to adapt to its adult junior college education.
