摘要
以除尘弯管内的粉尘为研究对象,建立了除尘弯管内的计算流体力学(CFD)仿真模型,网格划分采用四面体网格,湍流模型为RNGk-ε模型,在近壁区采用标准的壁面函数法修正,完成了管道内湍流流场的数值模拟,对比分析了普通除尘弯管与某种新型防磨弯管内的压力场、速度场以及磨损状况。
The dust within the dust elbow is studied. The computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation model of the dust elbow is established, using tetrahedral mesh and RNG κ-εmodel, using the standard wall function in the near wall region to complete the numerical simulation of turbulent flow field in the pipeline. The pressure field, velocity field, as well as the state wears of dust bends of the ordinary dust elbows and some new wear elbow are compared and analyzed.
