一种适用于煤矿供电系统的固态限流器

摘要 针对地面变电所下井电缆采用串联限流电抗器限制短路容量而存在功耗、压降及干扰较大的问题,设计了一种适用于煤矿供电系统的固态限流器。该固态限流器由固态断路器及线路原有的限流电抗器组成;当供电系统正常工作时,固态限流器使限流电抗器旁路,以避免限流电抗器对供电系统的影响;当供电系统发生短路故障时,固态限流器从线路中断开,限流电抗器串入线路来限制短路电流。Matlab仿真结果验证了该固态限流器的可行性。 In view of problems of high power consumption, voltage drop and big interference caused by downhole cable of surface substation using current-limiting reactance to limit short-circuit capacity, a solid state current limiter applied to coal mine power system was designed. The limiter is composed of solid circuit breaker and original current-limiting reactance. When power system works normally, the solid state current limiter bypasses the current-limiting reactance to avoid influences of the current-limiting reactance on power system. When power system has short-circuit fault, the solid state current limiter is broken from circuit, meanwhile the current-limiting reactance is inserted into the circuit to limit short-circuit current. Matlab simulation result validates feasibility of the solid state current limiter.
