摘要
分析了大型厂矿企业供电系统主要特征及其安全运行存在的主要问题,给出了包括特殊性负荷建模、供电系统建模、强迫功率振荡扰动源定位及治理、系统安全稳定特性分析及控制策略制定、一体化平台设计等安全运行保障关键技术,提出了相应的工程实施方案和流程,有益于提升大型厂矿企业供电系统安全稳定运行和控制的精益化水平。
The paper analyzed main features of power supply system of industrial and mining enterprises and its problems existed in safety operation, gave key technologies such as particular load modeling, power supply system modeling, location and management of forced power oscillation, security and stability analysis and control strategy of the power supply system as well as integrated platform design, and put forward project implementation scheme and flow. The key technologies and scheme are helpful for improving control precision level and safety operation of power supply system of industrial and mining enterprises.
