浙江省狂犬病暴露人群伤残调整生命年和早死间接经济负担研究

Study on disability adjusted life years and early death of indirect economic burden of rabies exposure population in Zhejiang province

通过使用狂犬病监测网络的病例登记和统计年鉴，采用DALY和人力资源结合的方法估算因狂犬病早死引起的社会间接经济负担。结果显示：2008—2011年浙江省狂犬病死亡的全人口年均间接经济负担为15767614．70元，其中45～60岁组和15。45岁组所占比例最高，分别为46．51％和46．43％。

Using a combination methods based on DALY and human resources analysis to estimate early death of social indirect economic burden by the registration cases of rabies monitoring networks and statistical yearbook. The results show that, the rabies death of population-wide annual indirect economic burdens 15767614.70 yuan in Zhejiang during the period from 2008 to 2011, and the highest proportion are in 45 to 60 age group （46.51%） and 15 to 45 age group （46.43%）.
