摘要
简要介绍了燃烧型炭黑烟幕的形成机理及其生成特性,并对几种红外发烟剂形成的红外烟幕进行了热图像测试、对比和分析,证明了其对3~5μm、8~12μm波段具有良好的遮蔽性能,同时化合物含碳量、燃烧速度及温度又是影响炭黑生成量的主要因素。
The structure principles and production characteristics of the smoke of burnable carbon black are introduced. The thermal images of the infrared smoke formed by several kinds of infrared smoke agent are tested, compared and analyzed. The results show that the smoke has good obscuring characteristics at the band of 3-5 μm and 8-12μm. And the main factors influencing the output of carbon black are the carbon content of com- pound, burning speed and temperature.
