轻度血管性认知功能障碍患者血浆磷脂含量变化与认知功能障碍的关系

Changes of acid phospholipids in patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment

目的探讨轻度血管性认知功能障碍(mVCI)患者血浆总磷脂(AP)水平改变与认知功能障碍之间的关系。方法对52例mVCI障碍患者及48例正常对照者行血浆AP测定,使用简易智能状态检查(MMSE)量表、画钟测验(CDT)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表来评定智能状态。结果 mVCI组AP水平显著高于正常对照组,P<0.05。结论轻度血管性认知功能障碍患者细胞膜损伤严重,AP有望成为VD认知功能损害新的血浆生物标记物,与脑卒中后认知功能受损有关。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of mild vascular cognitive impairment （mVCI）patients＇ by means of acid phospholipids （AP） and their relationship with the cognitive impairment of these patients.Methods Check the AP of 52 mVCI patients and 48 normal controls.The cognitive functions were assessed by psychometric testing mini-mental state examination,clock drawing test and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment in all subjects.Results The plasma AP levels in the mVCI group were higher than the normal control group P 〈0.05.Conclusion These findings support the relationship between mild cognitive impairment and membrane injury.The measurement of AP reflects membrane injury in vivo and may be a new useful biomarker for the prognosis of cognitive states in patients with VD.
