颈动脉狭窄支架置入术的治疗时机、操作及并发症临床研究现状 被引量：3

摘要 颈动脉狭窄支架置入术的治疗时机尚未统一,适当的治疗时机应获得治疗效益与风险的平衡措施之一.熟练和规范的操作是手术成功和并发症少的关键.颈动脉支架置入术的并发症有脑栓塞、脑缺血损伤、脑血管痉挛、支架内狭窄及过度灌注综合征等.针对并发症产生的原因,采取防治措施,可有效减少术后卒中风险和死亡率,改善预后.
