SORL1基因与阿尔茨海默病相关性的研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是最常见的痴呆类型,该病是与多基因有关的中枢神经系统的退行性疾病.AD的发病机制目前认为与遗传因素、细胞凋亡、自由基损伤等因素有关.AD的病理改变主要是累及前基底部发出至大脑皮质和海马的胆碱能神经通路,已知这些通路与注意、学习、记忆及其他认知过程有关.近年来研究发现,利用分子生物学技术,从DNA/RNA水平检测基因,分析基因结构变异和表达状态,从而对疾病在表型改变以前进行早期诊断.AD的发病率与年龄有关,随年龄增长而呈增加趋势[1-2].以65岁为界,AD可分为早发型(early-onest Alzheimer's disease,EOAD)和晚发型(late-onsets Alzheimer's disease,LOAD)两种.两型都有遗传学联系.流行病学研究表明,我国AD发病率约为1%左右,65岁以上发病率在3% ~5%,并有逐年递增趋势.
