摘要 分化型甲状腺癌（difFerentiated thyroid carcinoma,DTC）大多恶性程度低、生长缓慢、预后好，完善治疗后其10年生存率在90％以上。然而，有6％～13％的肿瘤町能发生周围组织或器官的侵犯，
