培养应用型人才是我国高等教育从精英教育向大众教育发展的必然产物,也是与之相适应的经济社会发展的必然要求。如何通过深化教育教学改革,构建新型人才培养模式,提高应用型人才培养质量,改变学生实践动手能力弱,创新能力不足的现状,是计算机专业应用型人才培养面临的一个重要课题,在分析运城学院计算机科学与技术本科专业应用型人才培养模式实际需求的基础上,从人才培养模式、教学手段和方法等方面作了探索与实践。

Application-oriented talents training is an inevitable outcome of the China＇s higher education develop from the picked education to the popular education,and that it also needs to develop the economy and the society that go with it.An important task faced by computer applied talents training is how to construct a new-type talent training mode, improves the quality of applied talents training, and changes the students＇ weaker capability of practice and innovation by deepening the reformation of education. Based on the analysis of the actual requirements of applied talents training mode that belongs to Yuncheng University computer science and technology undergraduate, makes an exploration and practice in talent training mode and the teaching method.
