论长江三角洲地区作为文艺的非物质文化遗产的特色与保护传承方略

Characteristics of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Yangtze River Delta and Protection and Inheritance Strategies

长三角地区同属海派文化区域,其众多的"非遗"事象有着共同的特色:蕴含着自由、民主的精神;打上了经济富有的烙印;与时俱进,不断发展。要使"非遗"得到有效的保护与传承,建议采取这样的方略:将在旧时特定环境中产生而失去生命力的文艺形式只用文字、录音、录像和数字技术的手段保存下来,而不要作活态传承的努力;政府应该用购买作品的方式来传承保护一些"非遗"的技艺;江浙沪应该对部分"非遗"统一规划,统一政策,相互帮助;在中小学语文、历史、美术、音乐、体育等教科书中增添介绍地方"非遗"事象的内容,并在中考和高考中设置有关"非遗"的题目。

The area of Yangtze River Delta is a region with Shanghai style culture, where a lot of intangible cultural heritage has common characteristics. Firstly, they contain spirit of freedom and democracy; secondly, they are branded with developed economy; thirdly, they develop with the times. To effectively protect and inherit the intan- gible cultural heritage, strategies as follow should be applied. The literature and art formed under special environ- ment in old days should be preserved by words, record, video and digital technology instead of a live inheritance. The government ~hould protect and inherit some skills of intangible cultural heritage by purchasing related literary and artistic works. The local governments of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai should pursue integrated planning, unified policy and mutual aid. Contents of local intangible cultural heritage should be added into elementary and high school textbooks as well as exam questions in the senior entrance examination and the college entrance examination.
